routes / application access

International routes and AI access

The best time to judge a route is during your normal usage. NiniVPN offers 250+ international routes. Start by choosing your destination region, then check page loads, file transfers, and persistent connections during work or in the evening. Your local network, congestion along the route, and the destination service can all affect performance, so a single speed test does not tell the whole story. If you experience lag, keep the app and network conditions the same and compare routes in the same region. Changing one thing at a time makes it easier to identify the cause. Save routes you use often, and choose backup regions based on your needs.

Encrypted connections and streaming

Quantum encryption is part of NiniVPN's security messaging, but connection protection and account security should still be managed separately. No email is required; create an account with a username and password. Get the client and subscription from the user panel after signing in, so you can manage access in one place. Treat subscription details like your account password and store them securely. When troubleshooting, do not post the full details publicly. An encrypted connection does not replace a destination website's security measures or change how an app handles data. Read the privacy policy and terms of service for details on privacy and acceptable use.

devices / refund

Multi-device setup and refunds

NiniVPN allows unlimited simultaneous devices and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Set it up on your work computer, personal devices, and desktop environments without moving to a different tier just to add devices. Device limits and plan data are separate: usage across multiple devices still counts toward your plan balance. For your first setup, import the configuration and test the connection on a device you use regularly before setting up other platforms. If something goes wrong, you can compare against a device that is already working. Platform access and eligibility details are available in the user panel, and you need to sign in to get your subscription.

Global routes and how to choose

View all routes →

Coverage across 120+ countries and regions and 250+ international routes gives you options, but not every exit works equally well with every app. Start by checking which regions the destination service supports, then compare connection performance. A nearby region can be a useful starting point, but network paths do not always follow geographic distance. Your local provider, connection type, and the destination service's entry point can all affect the experience.

The table below highlights popular regions as a starting point. Check the live list after signing in for available cities and route types. If there are multiple routes in the same region, compare them with the same app, device, and usage time. Streaming notes explain what to check; they are not a promise of a particular content library or ongoing availability. For work apps that require a consistent region, keep a stable route you use regularly.

Route status is provided as a guide for choosing a route. Check whether pages load, sign-in works, and ongoing transfers are stable in the destination app. A status for one item cannot replace testing the full experience.

Keep conditions consistent when comparing routes

If buffering occurs, first check whether your local network is working normally, then check the region selected in your client. Keep the same app and activity, change only the route, and see whether the issue changes. If the same problem occurs in every region, check your device's network, app proxy settings, and subscription status instead of repeatedly switching routes. When reporting an issue, describe the platform, what you were doing, and what you have already tried. Do not share your full subscription details publicly.

Evaluate regional compatibility separately from connection quality

Platforms may check account details, access region, and sign-in history to determine eligibility. Even when a route is working normally, an app may still show a region-related notice. The AI web app and developer tools may also use different network settings. If they behave differently, check whether they use the same exit, then review the relevant service rules. For more route-selection tips, see the nodes page. For AI setup checks, see the AI Access Guide.

client / subscription

Client and subscription access

View setup guides →

Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription. After signing in, you can get clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. iOS access is available according to the eligibility of the active plan shown in the panel. Each link below opens the panel, which displays the currently available options.

From account creation to your first connection

No email required—create an account with a username and password. Once in the panel, confirm your platform and get the client from the relevant link. Choose a plan and complete the steps in the panel, then get your subscription and import it using the guide. A successful import only means the configuration has loaded. You still need to choose a route, enable the connection, and test access with a website or work app you use regularly. Permission prompts vary by operating system, so read each one rather than assuming the steps are the same across platforms.

Update settings and troubleshoot

Manage your subscription through the same panel to avoid mixing an old configuration with your current subscription. If the client opens but no routes appear, check that you are signed in and have retrieved the subscription correctly. If routes appear but an app cannot connect, check the selected route and the app's network settings. After moving to a new device, test the connection again rather than relying on what the interface displays. Find common account, connection, and billing questions in the FAQ.

Monthly plans and data packs

Choose between a monthly plan and a data pack based on how often you use the service, then compare data allowances. All monthly plans support unlimited devices and refunds within 14 days. Monthly data resets on the activation date each month; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Pay through the panel using Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT.

traffic pack / no expiry

Data packs never expire; use them until depleted

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB

If you mainly need access while traveling, for a short-term project, or occasionally, data packs and monthly plans work differently: data packs never expire and last until used up, while monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month. Consider frequency and data use separately. Do not choose a higher tier just because you have more devices; unlimited devices does not give each one a separate data allowance.

Estimate usage based on what you do

Text chats and long video sessions use very different amounts of data, and file syncing and media loading also affect usage. Plans are not divided by app name; the right tier depends on how you use the service. Once you get started, compare the panel's usage display with your work routine to decide whether to adjust. We do not convert data allowances into fixed viewing hours because resolution, encoding, file size, and background activity all affect the result.

Match service details to your needs

NiniVPN lists route coverage, device support, billing periods, and refund terms separately so you can check what matters to you. When comparing subscription services, look beyond price: check how to get the client, whether you can configure the subscription on your usual platforms, and whether your target apps support your region. The 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy can help you decide; see the Terms of Service for the specific rules. See the Privacy Policy for details about account data.
