Services and Scope

NiniVPN provides subscription services for cross-border network acceleration, covering 120+ countries / 250+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client access details are shown in the user panel. Sign in to retrieve your subscription.

The service provides network connectivity and does not grant authorization to use third-party websites, content, or software. Account eligibility, regional rules, and content licenses for target platforms are determined by those platforms. Establishing a connection does not guarantee access eligibility.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription information secure. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used abnormally, change your password and report the issue via a support ticket. Do not include your full password or subscription credentials when submitting a request.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time, for the account holder’s personal devices. This does not permit sharing an account with others, publicly distributing subscriptions, renting out routes, or reselling the service. You may not use this service to provide commercial access to third parties without authorization.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the Plans page for prices and traffic allowances, and check your order before payment. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you live and where you use the service, as well as the terms of service of platforms you access. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, unauthorized data collection, infringing others’ rights, or distributing unlawful content.

Do not interfere with other users’ normal connections, damage service infrastructure, or abuse network resources with automated requests. Before using third-party tools, confirm that you have the required authorization and data processing permissions. You are responsible under applicable law for content you upload, transmit, or use.

Service Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection quality depends on your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, target platform policies, and route maintenance. The service does not guarantee that a particular application will always be available, a fixed speed, or uninterrupted service. Maintenance and route updates are announced on the website or in the user panel.

If an issue occurs, first check your local network and client configuration, then submit the error message and relevant environment details via a support ticket. Liability for impacts caused by changes to third-party platforms, external network failures, or force majeure is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit rights you hold under applicable law.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request via a support ticket, identifying the relevant order so we can verify the payment record and request date. You do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service.

We will provide refund verification and progress updates through the support ticket. If additional order information is needed, provide only the necessary details. The time for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider; these terms do not guarantee a fixed arrival time. Applicable legal requirements take precedence.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases such as unlawful use, account resale or sharing, public distribution of credentials, attacks on service infrastructure, or continued abuse of resources, NiniVPN may suspend relevant features or terminate an account based on the risk involved. Any action should be proportionate to the violation. If you disagree, you may submit an explanation and relevant records via a support ticket to request a review.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. Significant changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Changes will not diminish refund requests or other legal rights already established under applicable law. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may stop using the service and contact support by ticket about how your existing order will be handled.
